I had always dreamed of giving my wife the home of our dreams. Sugg Homes helped me fulfill that dream. With special help from Brittany with the selections of every detail from brick color to tile and carpet colors our DREAM HOUSE is now complete. Coming home to this gorgeous home everyday is still a thrill. We were fortunate enough to have lots of help from our builders to select our lot when there were too many to choose from. It fits our home perfectly. Watching our Dream come true was another thrill. We must have went to the jobsite every day and watched in disbelief as our Dream was being built so quickly and precisely. Burt and Brittany both were incredible coaches during this event.

Although Brittany had to been tired of seeing us, she never showed it and she seemed as excited as we were in helping us realize our Dream. I have and continue to recommend our builder, Sugg Homes, to anyone in search of a Dream Home.

My wife Gina's and my experience with Sugg Homes when building our home was quick, informative, and enjoyable!! Our search for our home began by looking at many homes built by a number of builders, and when Gina looked at the Chapel Hill home off of Keller's Chapel Road(I was home cutting the grass) she called me and told to come over right away because she found the perfect home. I went, dirty clothes and sweaty, and found that Gina was right. Our hearts sank when we realized that this house was sold, but then Burt told us that they would be willing to build us another perfect home, we got really excited! They were willing to help through the entire process of lot selection, financing, plan selection, and color selections. They have so many beautiful floorplans it was hard to decide on just one!

Burt and Brittany listened as we told about our dream of a yard big enough for the kids to play and room for a pool. They helped us find the perfect lot and to layout our home on the lot to create great curb appeal. They were patient as we asked questions and picked our kitchen cabinets and hardware, stained concrete flooring and other amenities, such as our marvelous wine cellar and outdoor fireplace.

Burt and Brittany were precise in timing the completion of our new home with our moving plans. It was a great experience for us, so much so that my brother and one of my co-workers are utilizing Sugg Homes services to build their dream home also. If this doesn't say enough for you, come look at my home! One look will do!

We LOVE our new home!! It was by far the nicest home in our price range in town when we were searching for our new home. Brittany really knows what a woman wants and desires in a home, instead of just what you need! At times, it still doesn’t seem real – we are paying less than we were paying for our apartment and have an incredible new home that is really ours. We love the high ceilings, recessed lighting, archways, scored concrete floors, and granite countertops – and our new kitchen is to die for! We keep pinching ourselves! Everything is just perfect! At this level of quality, these Builders will be fourth, fifth, sixth generation builders to come.

We couldn’t have done it with all of your help. We especially appreciate how easy you made the financing process, as well as helping us with our color selections.
